SHUTTLE ROUTES

• ROUTE 1: The local cluster of hotels to the NJ CEC
• ROUTE 2: The local cluster of hotels to the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick
• ROUTE 3: The NJ CEC to the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick
• SPECIAL: Limited service will be run to other locations and routes where necessary

SHUTTLE FAQS

• Shuttles will be generally available between the following time frames (note: these times are subject to change):
  • Fri (6/16): 8:30am to 9:00am (staff only), 9:00am to 2:30am (attendees)
  • Sat (6/17): 8:30am to 9:00am (staff only), 9:00am to 2:30am (attendees)
  • Sun (6/18): 8:00am to 8:30am (staff only), 8:30am to 4:00pm (attendees)
• Bear in mind that drivers need breaks too, so there will be some gaps in shuttle availability or a decrease in shuttle frequency (even NJ Transit has service breaks)
• Our core shuttle service will not include transportation from the train stations to any hotel properties (hotels may have limited shuttle options from train stations to their properties - we are working on confirming now)
  • If you are coming in for only 1-day and not staying in the area, your best bet would be to head to any of the train stations listed below and take a ride-share app to the NJ CEC
    • Metuchen train station
    • Edison train station
  • If you are interested in the content at the Hyatt, then you should take the train to New Brunswick as it is only a 6 min walk from that station
• The term "local cluster" refers to the Sheraton Edison, Extended Stay America, and Hilton Garden Inn
• The pickup location will be in-between these properties as they are relatively close to each other 
• The shuttles will be provided to attendees at no charge to attendees
• The shuttles will be either 27-passenger or 56-passenger buses
• There will be at least one bus running directly between the NJCEC and the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick
• There will be on average one bus per route; however, this will be subject to change depending on general needs
• We are providing this service to help facilitate transportation between various areas where we are hosting content; however, it is not meant to replace any and all other means of transit
  • We strongly encourage people to carpool or take advantage of ride-share apps, if there is content they want to check out or something they want to queue up for that is time sensitive
