3-Day Weekend Memberships
The default is a 3-Day Weekend Membership. A "Membership" is required for all person(s) in attendance.
3-Day Memberships (Adult or Child) purchased prior to April 1st 2022 will be shipped to the address on your Tixr account. You can see more details about badge shipping here.
Child Memberships
A "Child Membership" is a discount rate for 3-Day Memberships for person(s) 7-12 years of age.
Person(s) from ages 0-6 will NOT be required to purchase a membership in order to attend AnimeNEXT.
Single-day Memberships, Group Registration, & VIP Packages do not have a secondary or discounted rate for a Child Memberships.
Single-day Memberships
Single-day Memberships are available on Tixr, at 10 AM (ET) Thursday before the convention starts. They are also available on the given day, during the convention weekend at our on-site Registration Booths.
Single-day Memberships can only be picked up at the registration desk on the day they are valid. For example, Saturday Only Memberships may only be picked up starting Saturday morning.
Single-day Memberships do not have a secondary or discounted rate for any persons 12 years of age or younger.
Group Registration
Each Group Registration is a total of (8) Eight 3-Day Adult or Child Memberships. By registering as a group, you receive 8 Memberships for the price of 7!
If you registered as a group, all confirmations will be sent to the email attached to the Tixr account used for purchase. You will be responsible for changing the name on each to correspond with each member of your group. The name may only be changed once and is required to match the name on your ID. At this time we are unable to process shipping for Group Registration. All members of the group will need to visit our on-site Registration Booths to check-in. Not all members of the group are required to check-in together. Each member can check in separately as long as they have their confirmation code and meet the check-in requirements.
Group Registration does not have a secondary or discounted rate for any persons 12 years of age or younger.

18+ Wristbands
Should an attendee wish to view or visit any of our mature or adult audience-focused events they will be required to have an 18+ Wristband. You will be required to show a valid form of ID.
A wristband will be provided to those that would like one during on-site check-in Friday through Sunday. If you check in on Thursday or would like a new/replacement wristband you can visit any one of these locations:
- On-Site Registration Booths (Hall D)
- Wristband Booth (Atrium Level)
- Convention Safety (Room 305)
- Operations (Room 202)
FAQs
Q: What is the difference between a Membership & a badge?
Membership - When you purchase a Membership, you are actually purchasing a membership to the non-profit event AnimeNEXT for the duration indicated on your badge. The concept of a membership, rather than a ticket has been around for ages and is the preferred model for volunteer conventions.
Badge - A badge is the physical item that is mailed to you, or you pick up at registration. This is proof of your AnimeNEXT Membership and used to verify it at various points during the convention.
