Dealers Pricing Information

Booth Rates

All spaces are sold in 10x10 increments or multiple thereof

  • $700 per 10x10 space
  • Corner locations will be available for an additional $150*
  • Full end-cap locations (two adjacent corners) will be available for an additional $250*

*Dealers are required to purchase at least two (2) inline booths to be eligible to purchase one (1) corner location. End-caps require four (4) inline booths.

 

Booth and Membership package

The Dealers Room will be in the main exhibit portion of the NJ CEC:

  • One (1) 6 ft table with tablecloth 
  • One (1) wastebasket 
  • Two (2) chairs 
  • 8 ft high back drape 
  • 3 ft high side rail per dealer area 
  • *One (1) exhibitor sign card per dealer 
  • One (1) Exhibitor Wifi Login

Please note: You must be 18 years of age at the time of check-in to apply to the AnimeNEXT Dealers Room.

 

Vendor Badges

All Vendors and additional workers will need a Dealers Badge to enter the Dealers Room outside of public hours. Badges must be worn at all times while attending AnimeNEXT.

  • Your first 10x10 booth will receive 2 Dealers badges which will be claimed by the registering Vendor at check-in.
  • Each additional 10 x 10 space comes with 1 additional badge.
  • Additional badges may be purchased at the discounted rate of $55 per badge for a total of up to 4 badges per 10 x 10 space.
    • Example A: One 10 x 10 booth comes with 2 badges. You may purchase up to 2 additional badges at the discounted rate for a total of 4 badges.
    • Example B: Two 10 x 10 booths (or a 10 x 20 booth) comes with 3 badges. You may purchase up to 5 additional badges at the discounted rate for a total of 8 badges, or 4 per 10 x 10.
  • Each Vendor is responsible for any workers/people registered under their space.
  • Badges may not be sold, loaned, or otherwise transferred to persons who are not working for you.
  • Individual Dealers Room badges may not be shared among employees; the practice of using one badge shared among multiple employees is prohibited and could result in the confiscation of badges. 


If you are with a production house, animation/comic studio, or another part of the industry and wish to have more badges for your industry (i.e. non-retail) personnel, please contact our Dealers Room Department Head at Dealers@animenext.org.
