Dealers Room Application Process

**NOTE: The Dealers Room Application for AnimeNEXT 2023 was available from Monday, January 30th, 2023 until end of day Monday, February 13th.


The 2023 Dealers Room Application is now CLOSED.

Application Process

Applications for our Dealers Room will be available on our website, http://www.animenext.org/explore/dealers.

Dealers Room applications will close 90 days from the date of open, or when the Dealers Room is full, whichever comes first. You can view the application dates here.

  1. STEP ONE: Apply for a  booth by filling out the application. The application will only be available for 30 days after the application is open. Please see the Gallery Requirements section for more information
  • Once the application period ends, no additional applications will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • STEP TWO:  Applicants who are accepted will receive an email, including an invoice for your table or booth
    • You will be given fifteen (15) days to make a 50% down payment for your space.
    • Should you not make your payment within the deadline, you will forfeit your space.
    • Any payments made before acceptance into the room will be returned minus a $50 processing fee.
    • Payments will be accepted via credit card only.

    Please note: You must be 18 years of age to apply to the AnimeNEXT Dealers Room.

     

    Gallery Requirements

    1. AnimeNEXT requires all applications to be submitted with a link to a gallery with clear and unaltered images of their products and, if applicable, previous show set-ups.
    • Any applications submitted without gallery information will be rejected from the lottery pool.
  • Galleries may be on any website (Personal website, Deviantart, Etsy, etc.). If using a site like Tumblr please provide a link to a tag or post specifically made for the application.
    • Your example images must be easy to view or we will be forced to reject your application.
  • A minimum of 10 images are required in the gallery and must showcase a range of examples of what you intend to sell at the con.

    Last-Minute Registration

    Dealers who sign up or pay less than two weeks before the convention must be aware of the following:

    • Changes to pricing may apply
    • All payments must be made in full via credit card
    • Space will be assigned based on availability and is at the discretion of the Dealers Room Department Head
    • You must obtain a New Jersey State Tax ID no more than 30 days after AnimeNEXT has ended. 
      • Proof of acquisition of Tax ID must be provided to AnimeNext within that 30 Day period.
