Double Booking

Exhibiting in both the Artist Alley and Dealers Room is strictly prohibited. If you are found exhibiting in both areas, at the same time, you will be evicted from both immediately and may be banned from exhibiting for future years.

Moving to the Dealers Room

Once an Artist moves to the Dealers Room, they will not be permitted to apply or vend as an artist. If you are an artist who has previously attempted to vend in the Dealers Room and took a significant loss, you may be entitled reentry into Artist Alley. In this situation the following must occur.

• You must contact the Dealers Room Department Head BEFORE the Artist Alley application opens.
• You must prove through financial documentation pertaining to the previous year's AnimeNEXT that you took a loss.
• The Dealers Room and Artist Alley Department Heads will come to a decision on whether or not to allow you reentry into Artist Alley
