Operational Hours: Hours are subject to change. In a situation where the following information changes and updates, an announcement will be made.

Attendees will be allowed access to the Car Show between opening and closing hours. We require that you or an associate be present at all times during these hours. Vendors must wear their Car Show badge at all times while attending AnimeNEXT.

Load-In times for cars are to be determined. You will be required to sign a copy of these terms upon check-in.
Identification
All vendors must show a government-issued, photo ID to check-in at Car Show. Accepted forms of ID include but are not limited to:
- A state driver's license
- State-issued identification card
- A passport
- Military ID
Car Show Badges and Flags
All Car Show vendors will need a Dealers Badge AND Car Show flag to enter the Car Show outside of public hours.
- Each space comes with 2 (two) badges and flags.
- Additional badges may be purchased for $55 each with Car Show staff approval.
- Each vendor is responsible for any helpers/people registered under their space.
- Only the registered vendor may pick up or purchase badges associated with their table.
Spaces and Displays
Car Supervision
You are not required to supervise your vehicle. A spare key must be left with staff in case of emergency.
Display
- Vehicles must be loaded in on Thursday. Load-In times are to be determined.
- After vehicles have been loaded in, they must not be turned on or moved at any point until load out
- All vehicles must have no more than ⅛ tank of gas
- Gas cap must be locking or have a secure door
- Vehicles must have car spill mats
- Vehicles must be free of leaking fluids
- Spare Key must be left with staff in case of emergency
